• No upfront costs for applying or evaluation.
• Any ongoing fees or revenue shares will be clearly stated in a written agreement and take effect only after you sign.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content and likeness.
• We may use submitted materials solely to evaluate fit and, if engaged, to perform the agreed services.

6. Confidentiality

• All communications and materials shared with us are treated as confidential.
• We do not disclose your identity or details to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

7. Your Commitments

• Provide accurate information during application and onboarding.
• Comply with platform rules and applicable laws; avoid infringing or unlawful content.

8. Termination

• Either party may end discussions or collaboration at any time before a signed agreement.
• Post-agreement termination terms will follow the signed contract.

9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee earnings or acceptance into the agency.
• Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis as outlined in any signed agreement.

10. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from site use or preliminary discussions.
• Any liability in a signed agreement will be governed by that contract.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws in our operating jurisdiction; dispute venues will be specified in the final contract.
